1. First step is to prepare the al dente pasta. For this, take one pot and fill half of it with water. Add salt and stir to mix it well with the water. When the water comes to a boil, add the spaghetti pasta into the pot. Make sure each of the pasta sticks is in the water. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
2. Drain off all the water from the pot when Spaghetti pasta is fully cooked. Put it aside for a while.
3. Now, in a saucepan, add olive oil and thinly sliced garlic cloves. Let them come to a temperature over medium-low heat. While our aglio and olio are getting cooked, chop some parsley and mix it with the cooked spaghetti pasta in the pot.
4. When the garlic is close to getting a good golden brown color, add some red chili flakes in the saucepan. (If the garlic is undercooked, they won’t give a good flavor to the pasta dish. If they are overcooked, they will be bitter.)
5. You can now add these into the spaghetti. Before mixing them, add some parmesan cheese and pepper. Once they are mixed well, serve them on a plate.
Top with some chopped parsley and red chili flakes. Feel free to add more parmesan cheese to the pasta.
Serve with some cooked cremini mushrooms and red wine.

Flavorful Twists: Elevating Pasta with Fresh Herbs, Quality Oils, and Textural Delights
Jessica Randhawa, the head chef, recipe creator, photographer, and writer behind The Forked Spoon, suggests tips to enhance pasta texture and taste:
“I love to enhance flavors and textures with a few additional touches when preparing pasta dishes.
Incorporating fresh herbs like basil or rosemary at the end of cooking adds a burst of freshness, while a dash of quality olive oil or a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan can bring a rich depth to the dish.
For texture, I often toast nuts or breadcrumbs to sprinkle on top, adding a delightful crunch that contrasts beautifully with the pasta’s tenderness.”
