- Olive oil: 2 teaspoons
- White onions: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Sea salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Ground cumin: 1 teaspoon
- Black beans: 1 can (15 ounces) OR Cooked beans: 1 and 1/2 cups
- Water: 1/2 cup
- Freshly ground black pepper: to taste
- Lime juice: 1/2 teaspoon
For Other things:-
- Red fresh salsa: 1 and 1/2 cups (12 ounces), store-bought salsa or homemade salsa.
- Olive oil: 4 teaspoons
- Eggs: 4
- Corn tortillas: 4
- Freshly ground black pepper: to taste
- Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese: 1/2 cup (optional)

- Crumbled cotija cheese (OR cotija cheese)
- Avocado, sliced
- Cilantro, chopped

Method to prepare pico de Gallo:
Take a bowl of medium size. Then add fresh tomatoes, cilantro, onions, juice of a lime, and salt. Mix them thoroughly and set them aside for some time.
Method to prepare black beans:
To make a refried beans recipe, heat a small saucepan at medium heat. Now add olive oil until shimmering.
Now add onions and salt. Now cook the onions by occasionally stirring for about 3-6 minutes until they have softened.

- Refried beans: 1 can
- Green chiles: 1 can be chopped
- Taco seasoning mix: 1 tablespoon
- Roasted bell peppers: 3/4 cup, sliced
- Red onions: 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
- Eggs: 6
- Green chile enchilada sauce: 1/2 cup
- Avocado: 1 medium size, pitted, peeled, and diced
- Crumbled queso fresco cheese: 1/4 cup
- Fresh chopped cilantro cheese: 2 tablespoons, chopped

First, heat your oven to 400 degrees. Then spray your pan of size 18*13*1 inch with the help of cooking spray.
Now spread Corn tortilla chips evenly all over the pan. Then sprinkle 1 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese.
