Let me introduce you to the Riverwalk Park building project, the centre of attraction for everyone who wants to live a luxurious life in New York. Riverwalk Park is a collaborative effort between Related and Hudson companies. This initiative aims to construct affordable housing on Roosevelt Island, addressing the pressing need for such accommodations in New York City’s middle-income communities.
Completion of the 21-story Riverwalk Park marks a significant milestone for the Hudson Company, as it underscores their commitment to providing elevated living experiences through housing amenities.
The design of this project prioritizes not just providing shelter but also fostering a sense of home and community. It’s essentially a blend of residential living and studio spaces, offering residents a multifaceted experience. Notably, this venture represents the eighth building project undertaken by Related and Hudson company in the Roosevelt Island neighborhood.

The location of this new building project is ultimate; that’s why it has various amazing things in the surroundings that will amaze you. Out of them is the lighthouse park, such an amazing place to visit and only 1.3 miles away.
On the north of Roosevelt Island, this landscape park gives an amazing view experience to visitors. But an important note is that you can’t enter the lighthouse; you can only access the garden area of this premise.
In my opinion, living at Riverwalk Park will give you the opportunity to explore New York’s secretive island, which is truly a hidden gem for the city. Its location nestled between Manhattan and Queens adds even more value to its charm.
The island is lush green and offers picturesque views, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan’s busy lifestyle. Visiting this place, I was able to truly enjoy nature and embrace a peaceful way of life.
