5) Close the pot and set the valve to the seal position. Cook on high pressure for around 10 minutes. Open the valve for a quick release.

6) On soup mode, let the liquid come to a boil. Whisk the cornstarch and water in a small bowl till it’s smooth. Then, add to soup, and cook till it’s thickened (around 2 minutes).
