Coming to sightseeing options, the hotel is located 6 miles from Adventureland Theme Park and Highland Oaks Golf Course. Believe me, you will love that. Now I’ll tell you about its other special features-

• They have an outdoor pool and a fitness center with free weights.

The place is only a four-mile drive from the GW Carver Interpretive Museum and the Wiregrass Museum of Art. Dothan Botanical Gardens are also just 5 miles away. So, I must say that its location is excellent for comprehensive sightseeing and is close to great restaurants.

Best Western Dothan Inn & Suites offers free parking and complimentary self-parking. In addition, they also have Electric vehicle charging stations. I also checked its customer reviews and all are satisfactory. In fact, most customers have commented on how clean and cozy the rooms were. The rooms are spacious and great for just chilling out and enjoying your vacation.

I would also like to recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites. The best thing about this hotel is that it’s situated in an excellent spot for sightseeing and other things. For example, the Dothan Opera House is 5 miles away, and Landmark Park is 6 miles from the red-roof Inn. Have a look at other attractions there-

The location is excellent to get around and has some fantastic restaurants nearby if you want to taste some of Dothan’s cuisines. You can quickly get to the airport from this hotel by talking about the location. It is also 1.6 miles from the Dothan Country Club golf course and 7.6 miles from the Dothan Area Botanical Gardens.

• Parking and self-parking are free, and there is also a car rental onsite. So it will be indeed easy to get around.

The prices of the 3-star hotel are somewhat reasonable and budget-friendly. You can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs in the unfussy rooms.

A mini-fridge, microwave, and sofabed are added to upgraded rooms. Suites have whirlpool tubs in the rooms or separate living rooms. Children stay free with an adult. Moreover, there is a complimentary hot breakfast, and parking is also free. There is also an indoor heated pool and an exercise room.

9. Howard Johnson by Wyndham Dothan

• Modern rooms and suites include desks and flat-screen TVs with premium cable and minifridges, microwaves, and coffeemakers.
• Some rooms have balconies. You also get free Wi-Fi and also high-pressure showerheads, kids 19 and under are allowed to stay for free with an adult.
• There are two restaurants (where kids 12 and under eat free), an outdoor pool, a fitness center, a 24-hour business center, and 2,100 square feet of meeting space.
• The prices are slightly on the upper side, but it is worth the stay.

So, what do you think? I must say that Dothan Al has enough great hotels to make your trip more memorable. But, I’ll suggest you don’t fall for any cheap hotel just because it’s in the city center area. Always look for other amenities they offer. I hope this list will help you choose the best one.
